All items require 3–5 business days to be handcrafted.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that your shipping address will be automatically taken from PayPal. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please make sure to specify this during checkout.

The address can be updated before your order is shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping method.

TRACKING AN ORDER

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include:

Your tracking number

A direct link to the carrier’s tracking website

Your order ID

The shipment date

This allows you to easily track your package as it makes its way to you.

IMPORTANT

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.

If you request a refund, please note that personalized items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Shipping is currently available to the United States, Canada, and 35+ other countries. All available destinations can be viewed at checkout.

Only products that pass our quality inspection will be shipped.

Our standard is to deliver a perfect gift to you.
